Overcoming a personal or psychological problem like depression, anxiety, stress, anger or relationship issues may seem as daunting as completing a marathon. That is why having the help of a professional with a record of success in overcoming challenges is important.
I am a Calgary psychologist who has helped hundreds of clients address these kinds of issues in counselling in the same way that I have succeeded in the most challenging athletic pursuits. I develop a plan with each of my clients to address their problems, help them take action to implement their plan, give them the confidence to overcome obstacles along the way, and see them through to the achievement of their goals.
I have implemented this approach to succeed in events like the Boston Marathon and Ironman Canada and in attaining a black belt in karate. I am eager to continue to use this approach to help others succeed in overcoming challenges in their personal lives.
